The Eastern Management Area (EMA) Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) Board of Directors is scheduled to meet regularly on the fourth Thursday of each odd-numbered month at 4:00 PM. If a holiday conflicts with the regular meeting date, a special meeting will instead be scheduled for the third Thursday of that month.
