Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin Well Point Installation Project – Drilling Subcontractor Invitation to Bid under California Public Contract Code § 22000

INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND

The Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin (SYRVGB) Eastern Management Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (EMA GSA) was awarded grant funding through a Sustainable Groundwater Management Act Implementation Grant (Prop 68 Grant) to address data gaps identified in the Groundwater Sustainability Plan prepared for the SYRVGB. The Santa Ynez River Water Conservation District (SYRWCD) serves as the grantee on behalf of the EMA GSA to administer the Prop 68 Grant. 

The EMA GSA is seeking proposals from a qualified C-57 licensed drilling contractor for the installation of one monitoring well and two piezometers.
